Order Processing:

Orders are prepared and processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days 

Cost: Free on all orders

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days 

Cost: 15 USD

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days (delivery time may vary by country).

Flat rate: 25 USD

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking 

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order in real time.

Incorrect Addresses or Returned Packages

Please ensure that you shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Delivery time are estimates. Marlany is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or the other factors beyond our control.
